Tim Fitzpatrick

Owner

Tim Fitzpatrick moved to Oregon in 1993 after hearing from a family friend that he could make $200 a day painting houses. Tim started Fitzpatrick Painting, Inc. in 1994 while attending Oregon State University. In 2004, after 10 years of painting, Tim hung up his painter whites and brushes to focus on overseeing the operations of the business. These days, his time is spent training the team, working with system development, and marketing—along with, of course, the occasional golf game. Tim and his wife, Kelli, value giving back to the community where they are raising their three children and supporting many community activities.

Ross Kinney

Field Manager

Ross was familiar with our brand, seeing our trucks and signs around town, and decided to apply after coming across a job posting online. We’re so glad he did! As Field Manager, Ross leverages his experience and training to make sure every aspect of the jobs under his supervision progress smoothly. Job site safety, integrity, training, quality checks, scheduling… He has a pulse on it all. In his well-earned downtime, you’ll most likely find Ross outside. Anything sports-related is a win, but Ross also loves to soak up some fresh air while hiking or camping, preferably with his family. 

TJ Fox

Project Coordinator / Customer Advocate

TJ is a skilled manager, keeping our jobs efficient and on-track while also being a friendly point-of-contact for our clients. TJ also reviews each incoming project and assigns teams accordingly, then tracks production while carefully monitoring the materials and time involved. It’s a science, and TJ is a pro! Outside of work TJ loves being with his family, traveling (Disneyland is a favorite), or else just kicking back and doing some fishing or camping.

Alphie Pantle

Carpentry Estimator

Alfred 'Alphie' Pantle joined the Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction Team in 2014 as a Lead Carpenter and has become a valued team member. He has also built a substantial network of returning clients since then. He is a Philomath High School Graduate (class of '84) and in 2001 he relocated to New York where he began his career in carpentry. It was there that he learned his trade through remodeling existing homes as well as building a private boat dock and house on lake George. This was also when he discovered a passion for diving and became certified. In 2013, Alphie came home to Oregon, got married, and has lived in Corvallis ever since. He has 6 children and 7 grandchildren and looks forward to continuing to grow with Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction.

Jesse Howell

Estimator

Jesse Howell started working for Fitzpatrick Painting, Inc. as a painter’s apprentice. He quickly worked his way through the promotions to a Lead Painter position. After graduating from college with his degree in Business Supervisory Management and Automotive Collision Repair, Jesse became an estimator at Fitzpatrick. Jesse finds his previous experience as a painter invaluable in his current position as an estimator.

Kris Mannale

Business Relations Manager

Kris is the Business Relations Manager at Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction, where he excels in bridging the gap between the company and its clients. With a keen eye for marketing strategy, Kris oversees the marketing department, ensuring that the company's brand is effectively communicated. His role also involves spearheading commercial outreach efforts, forging strong partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence. As a key member of the management team, Kris contributes to strategic planning and decision-making, driving the company's growth and success. His blend of expertise and enthusiasm makes him an invaluable asset to Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction.

Lydia Burch

Accounts Receivable Specialist

In our industry, first impressions are a big deal, and we don’t trust them to just anyone. Lydia is an incredible first point of contact, greeting customers and clients, answering the phones, fielding questions, and managing all those “little” (and not-so-little) details that ensure an awesome experience. She probably juggles these tasks so well because, as a mom of 6, she’s had a lot of practice juggling details and fielding questions! And when she’s relaxing on a day off, you’ll find her spending time with those kiddos, her husband Fred, or maybe hunting, fishing, or camping.
