Krista Washington

We lovingly refer to Krista as our “chaos coordinator.” But she manages to make order out of that chaos, and that’s why she’s so incredible. Krista runs our HR department, onboards new team members, oversees payroll and benefits, troubleshoots, and makes sure we have a method to the madness. She calls Fitzpatrick Painting and Construction her second family, and the feeling is 100% mutual.  When she locks up for the day, Krista enjoys spending time with family, camping, or getting a sweet change of pace outdoors. She’s also a die-hard fan of any Oregon State sports!
