Job Description
We are looking for a smart, driven, detail oriented and friendly employee that works well in a fast-paced team environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Employment Status: Part Time
Compensation: $12-$14 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-2:00
Essential Job Functions
- (50%) Phones & Scheduling
Schedule estimates and meetings, respond to online submissions, field incoming phone calls, enter data into the CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) and respond to leads from a variety of different events. - (25%) Office Support
Follow up with clients and vendors, create pictures for employee boards, schedule bulk paint pickup if required, schedule dumpster pickup, scan files as requested, clean the office which includes emptying trash and recycle every Friday, other requests and tasks as assigned and closing the office. - (15%) Meeting and Event Coordination
Schedule meetings, set up and break down for meetings/events and arrange gift baskets - (10%) Office Material Management
Assemble packets for sales, closing, hiring and orientation. Update and maintain files and upload to Google drive, track office material costs and create flyers.
Special Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of previous experience as Administrative Assistant
- Valid Driver’s License
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Drive
- Experience creating flyers
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Experience answering and transferring phones
